This handle assembly contains all the parts in the right drawing, except for these parts, it also includes all the handle wire harness which is not shown in the right drawing.

It is easy to change this handle assembly, you can just need to disassembly the handle shaft and open the handle wire harness. Then you can move the old handle away. After that, you only need to connect the wire harness and install the handle shaft, then it will be ok.
