Manual Lift Stacker

The working principle of Manual lift stacker is as follows:

1. Lifting goods
The manual lift stacker mainly uses the hydraulic system to lift goods. When the operator presses down the operating handle, the hydraulic pump starts to work, pumping hydraulic oil from the tank and delivering it to the hydraulic cylinder. As the hydraulic oil continues to enter, the piston in the hydraulic cylinder begins to move upward, thereby pushing the fork connected to the piston to rise. The height of the fork rise can be adjusted by the control of the operating handle. When the required height is reached, release the operating handle, the hydraulic pump stops working, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder is locked, and the fork remains at the current height.
2. Lowering goods
When the goods need to be lowered, the operator presses down the operating handle again, but this time in the opposite direction. This will open the control valve in the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder begins to flow back into the tank. As the hydraulic oil flows out, the piston moves downward, and the fork also drops. By controlling the strength and time of the operating handle, the goods can be lowered smoothly.
3. Carrying goods
The fork of the manual lift stacker can be inserted into the bottom of the goods, and then the goods can be moved by pushing or pulling the stacker. During the handling process, the operator needs to pay attention to keep the stacker stable to prevent the goods from tilting or falling.
4. Safety protection
Manual lift stackers are usually equipped with some safety protection devices, such as overload protection valves, limit switches, etc. The overload protection valve can automatically open when the weight of the goods exceeds the carrying capacity of the stacker to prevent damage to the hydraulic system. The limit switch can limit the lifting height of the fork to avoid excessive lifting of the fork and cause danger.
