Working Principle of Manual Stacker

Lifting principle
Operating rod and hydraulic pump: Manually operate the lifting rod to drive the piston in the pump to reciprocate. The pump is mostly a plunger pump or a gear pump. When the piston moves up, the negative pressure in the pump chamber sucks oil; when the piston moves down, the oil pressure in the pump chamber increases, and the hydraulic oil enters the cylinder through the oil outlet check valve.
Cylinder and fork rise: The hydraulic oil entering the cylinder pushes the piston. Because the piston is mechanically connected to the fork frame, it drives the fork frame and fork to rise, realizing the lifting of the goods. The hydraulic oil transmits power in this process.
Lowering principle
Lowering control valve: Operate the manual throttle valve-type lowering control valve to change the valve opening. When the valve is opened, the hydraulic oil in the cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the lowering control valve under the action of gravity.
Fork descends smoothly: The hydraulic oil refluxes, and the cylinder piston drives the fork frame and fork to slowly descend by gravity. The control valve ensures a smooth and safe descent by controlling the flow rate.
Travel principle
Wheels and steering mechanism: There are two fixed load-bearing wheels and two steerable driving wheels under the vehicle. The operator pushes the handle to move the vehicle.
