1. How to solve the problem of slowing down or failing to lift the fork?
First check the hydraulic oil level. If the level is too low, add hydraulic oil. It may also be that the hydraulic pump fails and cannot effectively pressurize and deliver the hydraulic oil. In this case, the hydraulic pump needs to be repaired or replaced. Blockage or damage to the lifting control valve will also affect the lifting of the fork. The control valve should be cleaned or replaced in time.
 

2. How to properly maintain the battery of the industrial electric pallet truck?
In daily use, avoid excessive discharge of the battery. When the battery power is less than 20% - 30%, it should be charged in time. When charging, use the original charger and follow the correct charging process to avoid overcharging. Regularly check the appearance of the battery for damage and leakage, and keep the battery surface clean.

3. How often do the tires of the truck need to be replaced?
The tire replacement time depends on the frequency of use and the working environment. Under normal circumstances, if used in a flat and dry indoor environment, the tire wears relatively slowly. It can be checked and replaced after 1-2 years of use or after the mileage reaches a certain value (such as 5000-8000 kilometers). 
 

4. What should be paid attention to when the transporter is operating on a slope?
It is strictly forbidden to turn or brake suddenly on a slope, and the vehicle should be driven slowly and at a constant speed. When going uphill, ensure that the center of gravity of the cargo is stable to avoid tipping forward; when going downhill, the speed must be controlled to prevent the vehicle from losing control.
