Lifting load

Depending on hydraulic or electric systems, such as hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and valves, the pump sucks oil and pressurizes the piston when starting the lift, and the platform and cargo rise. Combined with the 500mm load distance to stabilize the center of gravity, the fork can be adjusted to fit the pallet to ensure load.

Balance and stability

There is a counterweight with actuarial counterweight at the rear, mostly cast iron or steel, to balance the weight of the cargo and prevent forward tilting. There are also tilt and overload monitoring, abnormal alarms, braking, and power off to ensure safety.

2.Compared with traditional forklifts, what are its unique advantages when operating in narrow aisles?
Compared with traditional forklifts, it has a smaller turning radius, and some models can even turn flexibly in narrow aisles with a width of 1.5 meters, which allows it to shuttle freely in old warehouses with limited space or logistics centers with small shelf spacing. And its body design is more compact, and it will not take up too much lateral space like traditional forklifts, which greatly improves the space utilization of the warehouse, reduces the area occupied by the aisle, and increases the storage capacity of goods.

If a lead-acid battery is used, the battery life is about 4 to 6 hours under normal handling operations; if a lithium battery is used, the battery life can be increased to 6 to 8 hours. In terms of charging time, lead-acid batteries generally take 8-10 hours to fully charge, while lithium batteries can be fully charged to 80% in 3-5 hours with fast charging technology, and the remaining 20% ​​is trickle charged, which takes about 4-6 hours to fully charge, which can quickly restore the working state of the equipment and meet the needs of continuous operation.
 

4.Do I need a special qualification certificate to operate this equipment? Is the training difficult?
